He comes to our organization from a broad healthcare background that includes hospital leadership, healthcare strategy consulting, and executive leadership at some of America’s great healthcare companies.

He focuses on our culture, our strategy, and picking other great leaders to help us grow QLER.

When not working you can find Frank in the mountains, often with his family, skiing, mountain biking, and hiking.

Greg Renck, MD
President of QLER Physicians

Dr. Renck is the original founder and president of the QLER Physician Medical Group and part of the QLER leadership team since 2017.

His background includes working in one of America’s busiest EDs for over a decade as well as having a psychodynamicly oriented private practice as a child/adult psychiatrist. He is still clinically active in a variety of QLER’s service lines as well as his administrative duties for QLER and the PMG.

His focus is having the most satisfying work experience for the physician team and building a culture of excellence and cooperation. He is also interested in using technology to provide the best care for patients.

When not working you can find him playing golf, spending time with family, or cheering for his Alma Mater, the University of Illinois, Go Illini!

Dwayne Narayan, MD
Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Narayan started with QLER in 2016 as a member of our physician team, and later Chief Medical Informatics Officer, Chief Clinical Officer, and Chief Quality Officer before taking on his role of Chief Medical Officer.

Prior to that he was the managing partner for a large behavioral health practice. He has a broad array of over 20 years of experience in patient care, regulatory/compliance issues, quality control, payer contracting, practice innovation, and physician leadership.

Ever present is his goal of improving access to high-quality psychiatric services throughout the country. Of particular note is the confidence he has in the focus and ethical standards of the QLER Team.

Outside of work, you will find him on the ski slopes, in the pottery shop, or in the berry patch.

John Kohlmeir

John comes to QLER with twenty years of experience at Accenture and Huron in M&A, fundraising, and building high-performing internal operations teams in high-growth areas.

With functional expertise in areas including Finance, Accounting, Contracting, and Technology, has the depth and breadth of experience to build a nimble, efficient infrastructure to match our high growth mode.

Michael J. Collins
Vice President of Operations

Mike served as the VP of Human and Clinical Resources since 2021 before taking on his role as Vice President of Operations in 2024.

He brings with him over 15 years of vast healthcare industry operational and management experience where he worked at the largest publicly traded physician staffing company as well as at the largest privately held physician staffing company in the country.

His responsibilities at QLER include Human Resources which allows him to focus on our people, whom he calls “our most important assets”, as well as the recruiting and contracting of our physicians, retention and heading our licensing, credentialing, compliance and support departments at QLER.

When not working you can find Mike spending time with his wife and 7 adult children. He finds relaxation in working in the yard, going to the gym, and planning his next beach get-away.

Clayton Ramsey
Vice President of Technology

Clayton joined the QLER team in 2022 as VP of Technology.

He brings more than 20+ years in working with healthcare organizations in the evaluation, identification, and implementation of technology to support and enhance clinical and operational needs.

Clayton has extensive experience in the areas of clinical and operational process/workflow analysis and design, process improvement, technology integration, and project management.

He focuses on QLER’s technology strategy to ensure the organization is positioned for continued growth.

Michelle Schofield, MD

Dr. Michelle Schofield, affectionately known as Dr. Scho, is the Director of On Demand Telepsychiatry with Qler Telepsychiatry. Dr. Schofield has been with QLER since November 2021.

Dr. Schofield is a board certified adult psychiatrist with the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She is originally from Atlanta, GA. and her family currently resides in St Louis, MO.

Dr. Schofield is a clinical psychiatrist who currently provides mental health services to adults, geriatric population and adolescents seeking mental health treatment in an emergency department setting as well as performing psychiatric evaluations to medical floors across various healthcare systems.

She is sought after as a keynote speaker, motivational speaker, and seminar facilitator by community organizations, colleges, universities, churches, local news outlets, and various committees due to her advocacy for mental health awareness. In May 2019, Dr. Scho became an author of her first book entitled So Can You See Me? So Can You Hear Me? A stepwise guide to enhance self-awareness with the goal of achieving mental well-being.

Dr. Schofield has extensive experience in both the public and private sector of emergency psychiatry, inpatient psychiatric care, and outpatient mental health services. Dr. Schofield received her Bachelors of Science degree from Howard University in Washington, D.C. She graduated after completing her undergraduate training in 3 years and received recognition as an inducted member to the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society followed by graduating with highest honors (Summa Cum Laude). Dr. Schofield pursued her medical school training at Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Dr. Schofield completed both her internship and residency in adult psychiatry at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.

Taniya Pradhan, MD
Director of QLER Care

Dr. Pradhan is a Board Certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist, who has been practicing with QLER since Jan 2021.

She is a member of the Physician Executive Committee (PEC), Peer Review Committee (PRC) and is the Director of the Inpatient Service Line (QLER Care).

Having practiced as a child psychiatrist in India, she has vast experience in addressing mental health conditions in resource constrained situations. She enjoys academic writing and has experience in Quality Improvement in Psychiatry, Neuro developmental disorders.

Prior to joining QLER, she developed a unique Eating Disorder OP Clinic training experience for Child and Adolescent Fellows and Pediatrics/Adolescent Medicine residents as well as a Developmental Disorders Clinic. This program established a collaborative model to serve the psychiatric needs of children, adolescents as well as adults with complex medical needs, neuro-psychiatric issues and challenging developmental trajectories.

Susan A. Waterman, MD

Dr.Susan Andrea Waterman earned a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine from Syracuse University, graduating Summa Cume Laude.She earned a Doctorate of Medicine from Upstate Medical University and then completed her residency in Psychiatry at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. Following this, she completed a Fellowship in Consultation Liaison Psychiatry at the Medical College of Virginia, Virginia Commonwealth University.

She is Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She remained at the Medical College of Virginia as an Assistant Professor in Psychiatry before starting a private practice in the greater Richmond, Virginia area.She Entered on Duty with the Central Intelligence Agency in September 1999 being promoted to the rank of Senior Intelligence Service in 2013.

Dr.Waterman joined QLER in 2020 and currently serves as the Chair of the Physician Executive Committee and as a member of the Peer Review Committee.

Pam Hagley
Director of Quality and Acceditation

Pam has served as Director of Quality and Accreditation for QLER since 2019.

She comes to our organization with years of healthcare experience both in nursing leadership as well as hospital administration.

Prior to joining QLER, her focus was assisting healthcare organizations meet accreditation standards, policy development, and operational improvement.

Her favorite pastimes include working in her garden, classic movies, and traveling to spend time with family.

Rick Linder

Rick has served as the Vice President of Partnership Development since 2017.

He has enjoyed a long-term career in healthcare devices, technology, and services. He has served as a sales executive and leader in various companies creating dramatic account growth over many years.

Rick created the VP of Partnership Development role at QLER and the successful prototype of the position.

Rick is involved in his church, enjoys all sports, and anything that involves his wonderful family.

Gabby Vasquez - QLER

Gabby Vasquez joined QLER in 2024 as the Director of Implementation and Utilization, evolving into her role as Director of Partner Integration. Her career for the last decade has been dedicated to Hospice and Palliative Care, filling various roles such as National Program Director of Palliative Care and Hospice Administrator.

Gabby has her Masters in Business Administration from University of Georgia and undergrad in Psychology. Other highlights from her career are presenting at national seminars like AAHPM and CAPC, covering topics such as Super Morbid Obesity in Home Based Palliative Care and Working Together; the Acute Care Setting and Community Based Care.

Outside of work, Gabby spends every minute with her 2 children and husband. When she finds time, she enjoys reading, gardening, and exercising.

Karen M. cyr
Director of Sales Operations

Karen has served as the Marketing Manager of QLER since 2021 before taking on her role as Director of Sales Operations in 2024.

She comes to our organization with over 15 years of marketing experience, with over two-thirds of that dedicated to healthcare – from patient care facilities and healthcare staffing, to software and medical technology manufacturing. Karen is experienced in helping companies ranging from startups to large corporations build and manage their brand, and navigate the world of digital marketing, advertising, web management, events, and more.

At QLER she leads our sales processes and marketing roadmap, serving as a leading member on the Growth Team, seamlessly bridging the gap between sales and marketing. Karen manages all outreach efforts through her team of Partnership Development Specialists, and also oversees our digital presence, event participation, takes an active role in partnership collaboration, and gets the word out of all the good that we do!

When not working she loves traveling and is on a mission to explore every corner of the U.S.! Her love of technology is equally matched with her love of learning and working with her hands, so you can also find her immersed in a DIY project, coming up with her latest culinary creation, or buried in a book.

Brittni Perez

She comes to our organization with over 9 years of HR experience from a Fortune 500 company to a medium startup company.

A fun fact is that her very first job was recruiting physicians across the country!

She is tasked with being our first dedicated HR professional and building the platform and processes to help us be the best place to work in America.

When not working she loves discovering and visiting cozy, unique coffee shops, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Vincent Mazzurco

He comes to our organization as a CPA with over 15+ years of public/private accounting experience.

He focuses on overseeing all aspects of QLER’s accounting functions.
